Dairy Free & Low Calorie Freezer Meals a Month in Advance

Update! You can find an updated version of Dairy Free & Low Calorie Freezer Meals a Month in Advance at my new site: www.oatmealsmiles.com

I am all about ease and we tend to eat healthier (and save money!) when we cook and especially cook in the crock pot.

I love crock pots because:
- clean up is easy
- lots of leftovers
- I tend to make healthier meals there
-it saves money
- it's so much easier!

One night of lots of chopping has left us with over 30 meals!

Oh fun! Let me know when you do it! Last night I decided to do a few other low cal weight watcher recipes I had done in the past. One day's work makes so many day's stress free!

I love it! This sounds like something I am going to have to try this summer!

Jennifer, had I been this organized while I taught I would have saved myself a lot of headaches (and money and calories!)

I love having the meals ready! I actually just did it again (feeling a little insane) and will post the new recipes too. I found that we wanted more variety than just four meals to choose from. Glad you like it!

These look great... do you have a grocery list that I can copy/print out (will make it much more likely to happen)! :)

Erica- yes I have print outs that I used! I will try and e-mail them to you!

When I have lots of veggies to chop, I use my food processor to save time. For chunkier veggies I pulse them and for finely chopped veggies I usually put it on one until I get the desired size.

Thank you so much for these recipes. They will come in handy after my second child is born in a few weeks! :)

Hi
I have one question, the serving size, I could not see it anywhere. How many servings per recipe. I love your blog.
Thanks for sharing
Marie

I'm so sorry I've taken so long to respond to these! Inexcusable. :/ Each of these meals makes about 6 servings. The only exception of Sesame Chicken which makes about 4 and chicken verde also doesn't make as much.
