November Goals

It's a new month! This means new motivation.

I'm starting Pile on the Miles today and will at least walk each day. I got out of the habit of walking as I tried to get C into a regular napping routine. So I'm getting back to it now!

Today I ran Couch Potato to 5k week 4 day 1. It was challenging! And I'm also doing 30 Day Shred. Each day it gets better!
