September Run

I ran. Pat me on the back please!

Work out: Run/jog- flat, city streets, country road

warm up: 5 minute walk
Duration: 3o minutes
cool down: 5 minute walk

First walk break was for Daisy. She was really out of shape and had a sticker. Second one was for me (but no sticker excuse).

I love the cool weather. Back on track and feeling good! I shan't be deterred. 

Daisy says: Thanks for running a new route! I'm out of shape too.
